No matter where you place your ads, however, it is critical that those ads blend in and appear to be a natural part of the website itself. Those ads that appear too obvious are unlikely to get the results you are looking for, while natural looking ads can provide better results.

For those parts of the website on which articles, tutorials and other such content appear, one of the best places to serve ads is within the actual content of the page. For instance, a tutorial on saving and investing for college may include embedded ads which appear between sections of the tutorial.

This kind of contextual placement can greatly increase the visibility of the ads, and that in turn can help drive better results for advertisers and greater revenue for program participants.
